These technologies are necessary for the Service to function and generally cannot be switched off through a consent preference without also disabling the related feature.

4. Chateor website widget
The widget may use browser storage to keep a conversation available across page views and recognize the same browser as an anonymous visitor. If the website owner enables optional usage statistics, the widget may also process an anonymous visitor identifier and limited technical context to measure usage and improve support operations.

5. Advertising technologies
Chateor does not intentionally use the public chateor.com site or workspace conversation data to place third-party behavioral advertising cookies. If that practice changes, we will update this notice and provide choices where required.
6. How to control storage
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, security controls, remembered conversations, or other parts of the Service from working correctly.
You can clear storage for a particular site through your browser settings. Privacy controls and retention periods vary by browser, device, and the website that installed the widget.
7. Responsibilities of Chateor customers
Organizations that install Chateor on their websites are responsible for providing their own visitors with appropriate notices and choices, including any consent required for optional statistics or other technologies used alongside Chateor.
